whoo hoo!!!!!

ahhhh, I have reached 30 pounds of weight loss!! I have stuck with the carlorie counting and working out 6 days a week with one day of rest. I feel great, I have lots of energy and have never felt better.
If only I would stop craving the "bad" food that taste of so good...... I don't think they ever will stop!!!!!

  3. Ashley.... no pictures yeet. Maybe at another 20 pounds haha. You will like the DVD, it is hard but well worth it. Rusty does it with me too, so it still a challenge for him.
