Sunday Lunch

This is my first post from my Droid phone, so let's see how this goes!

Rusty and I made an awesome chicken sandwich for lunch was so yummy and fit right into my healthy eating.

It was pretty simple to make, here is what we used:
4oz chicken tenders (about 2 tenders)
1 slice American cheese or pepper cheese (low fat)
1 whole wheat deli thin sandwich
1/4 cup grilled green peppers
1/4 cup grilled onions
1 tbs salsa
optional: Chipotle Tabisco (Rusty put some on his, I didn't)

I grilled our chicken on the George Foreman grill and sauteed the green peppers and onions on the stove. After the chicken was done, I put together the sandwich and then warmed/melted it in the oven for about 5-7 minutes.Here is a picture.....enjoy! It was about 289 calories and 4.5g of fat.

  2. I love my droid! I have the Sprint HTC EVO 4G. I had the blackberry curve before this and I thought I loved that phone.... you can do so much more with the EVO. It is all touch, which took a little getting used to but its great! Let me know if you have any other questions!!
